The team was created in 2004.  It was designed to be the most efficient and effective way for our clients to get the best service for their most important purchase and/or sale.  Jennifer has a passion for teaching as well as Real Estate, so what better way for her to do what she loves than create a team and prepare the agents how to be one of the BEST REALTORS in the business . 

The Team is made up of Two (2) Full time Agents; Jennifer James, & Stacy Stout Barnett, (4) Four Referral Agents, (1) Fantastic Office Administrator, Vickie Leber, (3) Three Closing Coordinators, (2) Loan Officers, and (4) Insurance Agents.   We have relationships with Homeland Title & Escrow, Citywide Insurance Group and Virginia First Mortgage Funding.
